CHINESE FRESHWATER – Lots of different shapes, natural pink, peach, mauve and white. Irradiated colors in brown, golden, black and more.  Lovely luster, large sizes, wide range of quality and prices. Beautiful fine pearls affordable even in large sizes. 

TAHITIAN BLACK – Natural black colored pearls varying shades from gray to black with blue, green, eggplant or rainbow overtones. Round, drop or baroque are all available.  Prices have never been lower.  A great time to buy fine amazing pearls. 

JAPANESE AKOYA – Traditionally the finest white round cultured pearls. Bacteria and pollution problems have created problems with farming.  The oysters that produce the most desirable and fine quality, thick nacre that gives the pearls such beautiful luster are having trouble staying alive.  There has been some improvement in the waters and more pearls are finally appearing though not abundantly.  

SOUTH SEA –The finest of the fine are from this location.  8 mm and up in size, the  beautiful white rounds with a deep luster and snowy white body color are the most coveted.  The drop or baroque shapes are also beautiful.

Golden pearls have become more plentiful and popular.  A very warm, fabulous color with a deep rich luster, they are a wonder to behold.
